- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, or supplement products.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
- Items returned without prior notice or beyond 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will receive a voucher/credit for future use.
